LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Olavish Collection is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or misdelivered packages once delivery has been confirmed by the shipping carrier.
For added protection, we highly recommend purchasing shipping insurance at checkout when available. If shipping protection is purchased and your package is lost, damaged, or stolen during transit, you may file a claim directly with the shipping protection provider according to their claim procedures.
If shipping protection is not purchased, any claims regarding lost, damaged, delayed, or stolen packages must be filed directly with the shipping carrier.
SHIPPING INSURANCE DISCLAIMER
